We’re happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $99.99 USD!

Orders to the Continental United States incur a flat shipping fee starting at $9.99.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

Within United States, orders can be expected to arrive in 7 - 10 working days.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

Where’s my order?

Your order goes through the following steps once it has been placed. You will receive 2 emails: Order Confirmation and Shipment Confirmation.

How long does it take to receive my order, and how much will it cost to ship?

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 4 – 6 business days.
  • Shipping Time: You will receive your order from 3 – 4 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not the date when the order is placed.
  • Shipping Cost:
    • Standard shipping + Insurance: $9.99 ( Commit to refund 100% if not receive after 45 business days ).
    • FREE SHIPPING for ALL ORDERS over $99.99

Tracking

Return & Exchange Policy:

Currently there is NO return policy for change of mind or errors you made in your order. We only accept returns or exchanges for the item you purchased is defective within 30 days of the date of delivery. (Please check our Return & Exchange Policy).
